ACCEPTING REALITIES IN IRAQ
This briefing paper is from Chatham House, also know as the UK's Royal Institute of International Affairs. The paper assesses the political, security and economic prospects for Iraq in the coming year. The author, Gareth Stansfield, claims that there is not 'one' civil war, but many civil wars and insurgencies in the country and current realities have to be accepted if new strategies for solutions are to be found.
